 Showcase Echo Arena

BBC Showcase is the BBC’s premier international content marketplace, bringing creativity, innovation, and storytelling together. Each year, broadcasters, buyers, and content professionals from around the world gather to experience the very best of British television, from drama and documentary to comedy, children’s programming, and factual series.

As Global Creative Director, I led the in-house creative team to curate a bespoke two-day event designed to bring BBC content to life for a global audience. From exclusive key art and trailers to immersive experiential moments, every element was designed to elevate storytelling and engage audiences. Tailored screenings, interactive showcases, and direct access to BBC producers combined to create a memorable, high-impact experience, fostering meaningful connections and reinforcing the BBC’s reputation for world-class programming.

Selected Highlights from BBC Showcases

Wunmi Mosaku, Sir David Attenborough, Brian Cox, the cast of Good Omens, the Top Gear team and others presented guests with exclusive first looks at forthcoming titles from the BBC slate.

Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Moon landing, guests came together for an unforgettable evening that began with a welcome from Buzz Aldrin. Suspended above them, a monumental spherical installation representing the planets became the visual focus of the space. Throughout the night, it moved gently in sync with evolving projections, guiding guests on a journey through our galaxy.

As the story of the evening unfolded, guests were led into a specially designed crime scene setting, building anticipation before the night reached its finale with a spectacular live performance from special guest stars Goldfrapp.

For the launch of Dynasty, guests stepped into a Maasai Mara–inspired setting, centred around a tree and waterhole that served as the natural draw to the bar. Digital screens and immersive soundscapes carried guests from dawn to dusk, capturing the spirit of the wild.
